CAR Financial Services, Inc. is an industry-leading provider of cash flow enhancement programs serving the sub-prime and bhph industry. CAR customizes programs for independent and franchise auto dealers. The position of Manager Trainee in the Lake Mary Loan Servicing Center will rotate through an aggressive training program that is designed to teach all aspects of an Assistant Collection or Customer Service Manager. He or she will be exposed to training within several departments of the LSC including Collections, Customer Service, Recovery, Human Resources, the Dialer Department, and Administration. Manager Trainees are in the development stage of management and will get exposure to areas such as FDCPA and call center regulations, collections and customer service policies and procedures, employee development and coaching, account analysis and troubleshooting, general dialer understanding, the interviewing process, employee performance evaluations, branch relations and communications, escalated supervisor calls, and employee relations. They may be assigned a group of employees to coach, mentor, and develop. Manager Trainees are individuals that get involved in center committees or activity coordination, in the latter stages of the development program. They may present center improvement ideas to management, as well as hold team meetings as requested.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include:
Four year college degree (Business related a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced technical experience with computers; including word, excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must excel in a team environment and display strong leadership skills.
Must be an analytical thinker with the ability to identify problems and provide solutions.
Must have excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in an organized environment.
Must be adaptable to a fast paced, changing work environment.
