Human Resource Specialist-Compensation and Staffing

Compensation Specialist Factory Card & Party Outlet, a specialty retailer and leader in the Party Industry with nearly 200 store locations, has an exciting opportunity available at it' s Store Support Center located in Naperville Il for a Human Resource Specialist to support our Human Resource team in the areas of compensation and staffing. Individual will be responsible for various functions such as compensation analysis and administration of recruitment strategies. Will also create and develop compensation reporting on all assigned programs and assist in the research and development of future compensation programs. Will support in the areas of staffing with Internet based resume searches, advertisement, coordination of job fairs, etc, and all other administrative and reporting functions.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements: Ideal candidate will have 2 years of compensation analysis or staffing experience. BS/BA/AA or the equivalent combination of experience and education. Must be proficient in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and Internet Based Search programs. Have strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills. Well organized and able to work independently.
