The focus of this job is on strategic and/or tactical HR planning; advice and consultative services; managing organizational change; and assisting in managing performance of both the hourly and salaried workforce. This person will work closely with our Research and Development teams as well as our Corporate Engineering and support groups.Requirements The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably working with Research & Development Scientist and/or Engineers.
Strong emphasis on employee relations with a solid knowledge of Human Resources practices and employment law
Experience facilitating Employee Engagement Projects; 360 degree feedback and coaching
Experience facilitating a performance management process
Experience partnering with business leaders to develop succession plans
Demonstrated ability to partner and build rapport with all levels of employees
Strong analytical skills and ability to tie results to key business metrics
