FIELD ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST This position will provide analytical and administrative support for the Division office of a natural gas pipeline company. Duties include analysis of O & M and Capital forecasting, assuring accuracy for payment of invoices, compiling management and status reports, and general office duties. Occasional unscheduled overtime and overnight travel may be required. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work well in a team environment and be flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing assignments. Self motivated and able to prioritize assignments. Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Exchange/Outlook is required, Access and PeopleSoft desirable. Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
