Job Description:
CTB/McGraw-Hill is the nation's leading publisher of standardized
achievement tests and customized, standards-based assessments for
pre-K through grade 12 and adult education.


The Director of Scoring Process Teams will have the responsibility
to direct all activities required to plan, process and deliver
accurate and on-time scoring services according to customer
requirements and shelf product specifications. This leadership
position is pivotal in providing overall Scoring coordination,
technical knowledge, and management and business expertise to enable
future company growth.



Qualifications:
*Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
*5+ years production management background in large operation
*Ability to handle politically sensitive detail, relationships with
customers, and with other internal departments
*Successful track record managing staff, directing complex
processes, and meeting schedules and budgets
*Outstanding management skills including budget experience, team-
building skills, problem-solving skills, staff professional
development, and planning abilities
*Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to apply them to
a production environment
*Strong customer relation skills and demonstrated ability to foster
positive, long-term customer relationships
*Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
*Advanced training and background in operations, data processing,
and/or education
