Director of Major Gifts & PLANNED GIVING Oblates of St. Francis de Sales Wilmington-Philadelphia Province The Oblates of St. Francis de Sales are seeking a Dir. of Major Gifts & Planned Giving. Pos. reports to the Development Dir.; the cand. will have the ability to communicate the organization's mission & vision to increase major donor support & continue the Planned Giving Program. Must be results-oriented to move donors to a higher level of commitment. Should possess strong mgmt & planning skills, ability to work independently, demonstrate superior written/oral communication & strong computer skills. Must be comfortable soliciting cash & deferred gifts in the 5-7 figure range.
