Customer Experience & Solutions Architect

Job Responsibilities:Reporting to the VP of Customer Solutions & Experience, this position represents an outstanding opportunity in our Open Seas Insurance Company. The focus of this role is to deliver total customer solutions by identifying potential points of contention and points unknown to the customer. This leader is also responsible for converting ideas into actions and for creating short term wins.Open Seas Insurance will develop "game changing" plans while ensuring effective integration through the end of the process. This position is a valuable, aggressive contributor to Open Seas.Characteristics/AttributesThe ideal candidate is a smart and innovative big thinker. One who displays creativity at all times. Must have the ability to think outside the box/big picture focus as well as be conscious of the end game. Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
