Our Commercial Claims Representatives:
·Are responsible for investigating, determining liability, confirming coverage, establishing damage and negotiating settlements for commercial litigated and non-litigated claims in a multi-state environment.

·Work closely with policyholders, claimants, agents, witnesses, police and fire departments, special investigators, attorneys, expert witnesses, members of the medical profession and all other persons pertinent to the investigation and processing of claims.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Four-year college degree Minimum 3 years experience handling General Liability Commercial Files Litigation Management of General Liability Commercial Files
Excellent customer service and communication skills and sound judgment and decision making skills
