The Coldwater Creek Customer Contact Center is a fast-paced, challenging environment requiring a high level of service while working at a computer for extended periods of time. Our customer contact representatives answer customer calls 21 hours a day, 7 days a week- including holidays and weekends. We have positions available for sincere customer service oriented individuals, who have pleasant, clear speaking voices and who meet the following criteria: Accurate keyboarding skills, with prior computer experience helpful; strong reading, writing and communication skills; excellent listening and problem solving skills; flexibility and patience; ability to multi
