Business Systems Analyst - mortgage

Description: Responsible for managing small to medium sized projects within all areas of Servicing and Operations that utilize Fidelity MSP and Director Scripting. These projects will typically cross-departmental lines in loan servicing, customer services, production operations custodian and vendors (especially Fidelity MSP) and SunTrust Technology. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the proper use of the Fidelity MSP relative to business practices with the primary focus in identifying Director Script automation opportunities. This individual would analyze and document to have the business processes automated and is responsible for complete end to end testing of the business process automation.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements: Solid foundation in all of the MS Office applications, MS Project and Visio Advanced problem solving skills Polished negotiating skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Advanced Communication Skills, 3-5+ years experience in the mortgage LOB - experience with Fidelity MSP and Director a must. Preferred: College degree in business or related field
