Business Systems Analyst

Purpose: We are currently looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst for a 6 month right-to-hire position in Richmond, VA.

Our client is in need of a Business Systems Analyst who has experience working within a web enabled environment. A qualified candidate will have experience developing, modifying and executing system and project deliverables. Experience with project feasibility, technical requirements, business design specifications and functional design specifications. Candidate should have experience with data, process and workflow models as well as system integration test plans.

Candidate should have experience with web enabled projects. Java and SQL Server are strongly desired. Experience with a claims system is a plus.

Candidate MUST have excellent communication skills and be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. Must also be willing to convert to a full time employee. Permanent salary is between $70K-$80K.
