Business Systems Analyst (4369)

Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.Job Responsibilities:

Provide Home Health and Practice Management application support including technical troubleshooting and technical analysis; Provide Home Health and Practice Management.

Document progress and resolution and time spent on all customer activity in appropriate tracking systems.

Communicate customer status, concerns and issues to appropriate stakeholders on a routine basis or as a given situation requires.

Work with team to identify and define required system modifications and/or enhancements to existing systems including changes to profiles, master files, reports, screens, system design and documentation requirements.

Provide system documentation, including file layouts and descriptions, flowcharts, user manuals, and training manuals.

Provide/ recommend innovative ideas, processes and / or procedures for new enhancements, additions or modifications to improve existing systems.

Performs the specific work process relevant to the service delivery area in a manner that meets or exceeds key performance criteria, SLA's and customer expectations.

Remain current on business and regulatory requirements and ensure compliance within supported systems.

Assist in the development of other analysts in team through participation in education and training activities.

Provide on call support, including after hours, as required on a rotational basis.Required Skills:

2 plus years of experience in Supporting Home Health Applications.

At least 2 years support experience with Misys HomeCare or McKesson Horizons HomeCare.

Home Health and Hospice Operational Business knowledge including billing and Clinical functionsDesired Skills:

Experience in supporting Practice Management applications including ambulatory EMR.

Support experience with Systoc, Stolas, PCN, Rehab Manager, IDXtend or GE Centricity EMR.

Experience in Supporting Long Term Care Applications.

Support experience with MDI On-Line Advantage or Achieve Pathlinks.

Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Understanding of application design and system analysis.

System implementation, conversion, training and testing experience.

Project Management experience.

Report Writing Skills (SQL, Crystal reports, Microsoft Access, etc).

General Business process knowledge in healthcare Patient Revenue Cycle applications.Minimum Educational Requirements:
