Business Analyst - Data Management
As a Business Analyst within our Scottsdale Based, Data Management organization you will be responsible for supporting Program You will also be responsible for development of processes and requirements that drive the integration of data used in our legacy healthcare services systems and in our next generation applications and systems that support our healthcare services products and servicesImplementations through data analysis, project management and issue resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
-Leads Program Implementation through data analysis, development and issue resolution.
-Responsible for Project Management and delivery of new implementations and projects.
-Has thorough understanding client's data and systems.
-Responsible for data integrity in systems.
-Responds to ad-hoc data requests and reporting requirements.
-Defines process and business requirements.-Develops new or improved processes to ensure data integrity and quality.
-Partner with internal resources and client groups in the completion of projects.
-Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create innovative business solutions.
-Mentors and provides expertise training to other analysts.Experience/Education
-4-year degree in health care administration, statistics, business or similar degree
-4+ years related healthcare information systems experience preferred
-Experience in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and recommendations to customers and management.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Excellent oral /written communication skills and presentation skills.
-Knowledge of functional policies, procedures, processes, standards and/or legislative issues.
-Ability to work cross-functionally to translate business requirements.
-Thorough knowledge of and experience with automated database management systems
-Previous experience with SQL and/or Oracle
-Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access
