Business Analyst

Classification: Consulting Compensation: $45.00 to $48.00 per hour Robert Half Technology is currently looking for a strong Business Analyst specifically for design work not technical. You will initially spend time learning the business and then will work on areas of the system that need to be redesigned. As a BA, you will work to define the business processes and flows. Will work with end-users to do requirements gathering to develop specification documents for the programmers to use as guides. You will create preliminary design composites and then will work closely with the graphic designer on the team who will create all the final designs. You will work to give estimates of hours needed to complete projects and will work on project schedules.
You will be assigned to various committees to collaborate and understand their business processes flows and policies and how they affect the systems that I.T. will develop and support. The BA's will be getting involved in the front-end of the committees processes flows and policies because the BA's understand the processes flows and how this will impact the systems that I.T. is supporting. You will be responsible for proposal writing. You will need to be able to do system design work. Will use Illustrator to create page composites/work flow. Strong knowledge and experience in work flow needed. You will also be writing and designing. All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
