Business Analyst

Business Process Architecture Service Defined: Partner with the Business Stakeholders & IS Architects to identify the project scope, business process impacts, solution design risks, and business implementation approach (e.g. NITs, manual processes, systems, etc.) for specified projects and assess the soundness & comprehensiveness of the business process design (intersections between Business & IT solution design)

Scope of Work:
·The qualified candidate will be responsible for interviewing technical and business subject matter experts, tracking project deliverables and outstanding project items, translating the collected information in requirement level documentation according to the Business Definition Business Requirements standards.
REQUIREMENTS
The Required skill set includes, but is not limited to:
·5 years of Business Analysis experience in business process and technical integration projects
·3-5 years experience creating process maps
·Some Project Management/lead experience in a matrixed environment with various IS platform technologies
·3-5 years experience in all aspects of writing business requirements documentation
·3-5 years of experience facilitating/ presenting at concept and requirements definition level
·3-5 years of Credit Card processing experience
·Ability to influence/decision making, Expertise in Visio, Excel and Word applications, Rapid Requirements Gathering and Writing, Attention to detail, Strong Team player, Managing teams, Coaching Skills, Access databases administration
·Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies (SDLC)
·Gap Analysis (Current State/Desired State, etc)
·Business Use Case Writing, Context Use Case Writing, Conflict Management
