Purpose:
Job Description:

Founded over 150 years ago, our company is a worldwide distributor of scientific equipment, supplies, chemicals and furniture, servicing the industrial, government, life science, education, electronics and pharmaceutical markets.

This position is key to meeting and exceeding our customers expectations. In this role you will work closely with Outside Sales and Global Accounts team to help create and maintain profitable and compliant customer contracts. To proactively identifying opportunities within pricing contracts, such as rebates, best cost alternatives and others. Responsible for the following:
Analyze complex pricing agreements to make sure the agreement can be implemented and supported with 100% compliance prior to finalization.
Identify potential product conversions that meet the customers goals and improve margins.
Develop & Produce detailed reports and charts for use in managing accounts.
Maintain a Database of detailed information containing future profitability. KPIs to show results.
Provide Support for Regional Sales Managers & Global Accounts Directors.
Assist in the training for new sales reps
Assist the Sales rep in create and managing their pricing contract
Build a knowledge base of our business and become the Go To person for all internal departments.

Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess a solid business background with a detailed, analytical approach to work. Additionally, the candidate will possess:
At least one year experience in Senior Inside Sales, Outside Sales and/or Pricing or a similar financial background.
Experience in contact management is a plus
Strong communications skills - interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal.
Proven ability to interface successfully within all levels of an organization.
Proven ability to handle high stress situations with dead lines.
Strong organizational & time management skills
High level proficiency in Microsoft Office, ACCESS experience required.
Attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple key projects with minimal direct supervision.
