Business Analyst

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $70,000 to $75,000 per year RHT Is looking for a Business Analyst to work in the financial industry. Their primary focus will be to oversee the possible conversion of a bank core system while providing expert technical support and training to bank employees. This role acts as the liaison to the bank helping to enhance operational work flow, manage projects and coordinate all related documentation.Key Accountabilities:
IT representative to Bank Product and Operations areas in understanding business needs in both Phoenix and Texas.
Analyze workflow processes and coordinate support documentationHelp in evaluation of current while coordinating the efforts required for system upgrades
Help to drive the bank's needs for new technology in meeting business needs through effective Business Case cost/benefit analysis
Facilitate New Business Initiatives using strong project management processes that focus on the key fundamentals
Provide technical and training support to bank employees using current and new software systems
Coordinate the identification of functional requirements while helping to translate each to the system design of screens, reports and additional Data Warehouse data elementsCreate and execute comprehensive test plans in support of system conversions, upgrades and modifications.
