Business Analyst

The Business Analyst develops strategies to enhance revenues or services, reduce costs, manage risk and assists project teams plan and estimate projects, as well as regularly consulting on complex problems requiring obscure knowledge and advanced problem solving skills. This individual may lead several teams that may cross project boundaries, but typically will be responsible for both deliverables and projects.Description:
Business Analyst will be part of a Business Analyst Team supporting the Implementation. Must be able to write functional & technical requirements. Must be able to work with various types of business users and interface with other technical teams. Should be able to perform GAP Analysis and have a good understanding of SDLC. Responsible for the management of technical project(s) or program teams from initiation through implementation, includes: planning, analysis, design development and implementation.Provide overall direction for establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines. Integrate project plans into Program Plans. Establish roles and responsibilities within the core program team. Allocate and coordinate resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects. Manage budget for assigned projects, develops and monitors project/program plans, and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly. Establish program communication plan across the businesses, regions, support and technology groups.
