Banquet and Restaurant Servers, full time or part time

SASSI is Scottsdale's nationally known destination for fine Italian dining, wine and special events - especially weddings.

We have positions available for full time and part time servers in either our restaurant or for banquet service. Banquet servers make $20 or more per hour depending on the event, OK to work just 2 or 3 days per week. Skilled restaurant servers average over 20% in tip income and over $200 in sales per hour, $200+ per shift

Restaurant servers should have experience in full service dining and with wine service, banquet servers should have experience as server assistant or similar experience with table service.
REQUIREMENTS
Set tables according to standards. Learn and be able to explain menu. Use POS system (restaurant) to enter and time courses and service of food. Describe and sell Italian wines, open and serve wine. Serve cocktails, wine and observe standards for alcohol service. Serve and clear food and beverages according to time standards or instructions from captain. Restaurant servers will benefit from knowledge of wine service and from sales skills. Banquet servers need basic food and beverage service knowledge but we will train for either position.

Paid vacation, uniforms, meals and medical insurance for full time staff.

Both positions require Maricpoa County food handler's card and alcohol service training (provided at no charge) within 2 weeks of hire date.
