BI Analyst

Business Intelligence AnalystLocation: Parkersburg, WVJob Responsibilities:
Confer with organizational personnel to evaluate and analyze business reporting and analysis requirements and recommend and develop specific solutions.
Prepare project or development proposals including problem definition, evaluation or alternatives, cost/benefit analysis, action plans, and technical requirements.
Assist in the process of turning data into actionable information.
Proactively identify and communicate more efficient ways to perform analysis.
Extract and interface data from data warehouse to support the sales planning process and support business users.Skill Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems or related field of study is required, MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience analyzing data on large databases and 2-3 years planning analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with techniques and tools relevant to data and business analysis including a high level of proficiency with relational databases and statistical/business intelligence software such as: SQL, Excel, SAS, Business Objects, OLAP tools, etc. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Reporting Services and Report Builder preferred.
