Analyst I, Lead (Business Technology Delivery)

Functional Area: US TechnologiesPosition Description: Capable of gathering requirements from Internal Business Customers and developing comprehensive business requirements documentation. Coordinate projects and to achieve project goals using available resources. Establish and maintain working relationships with internal business customer departments and software vendor suppliers. Manage projects to support business automation and/or merger requirements of internal business customers and software vendors. Provide project management of small-medium/complex projects and/or develop requirements document, testing scripts, or act as a liaison with the business. Manage project within established and approved schedule, scope, and resources. Communicate project status to management, and business groups. Communicate information on technology plans, policies and procedures to staff, suppliers, and customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Union: NoEducation: Bachelors DegreeExperience: 5 - 7 YearsPosition Requirements: 7+ years IT experience
4+ years Proven Project Management experience with proven project management methodology experience, including experience in utilizing scheduling tools, Primavera a plus.
Demonstrated Leadership Skill
Knowledge of Software Development methodologies, and Object Oriented Design methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE or other Engineering/Technology degree
Must be knowledgeable in the following technologies: Unix/Linux, Oracle, Windows, Visual Basic/.Net, HTML, XML, etc.
Airline industry a plus.
