Franchise Operations/Business Manager


An Indianapolis-based company, plans to open and operate multiple retail franchise businesses, initially throughout the Central Indiana market area. The Company will operate as a multi-brand master franchisee and area developer, primarily focused on franchises involving quick serve restaurants (“QSR’s”). The company is seeking an experienced Operations/Business Manager to assume responsibility for implementing the Company’s overall business plan. Duties would include:

Franchise Administration- including researching and selecting multiple non-competitive franchise brands. Creating and executing contracts with the selected franchises and maintaining those relationships.

Personnel Recruiting and Training- locating owner/operators for each franchise business and implement appropriate training.

Operations- Implement business plan goals of at least 5 new stores per year and oversee ongoing operations of these stores.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a highly motivated entrepreneur type, who possesses the following:
•Three plus years in QSR management/ownership, preferably in a franchise business.
•Proven sales and business growth track record.
•Small business operations experience.
•Background experience in hiring, training, and people management.
