Treasury & Risk Analyst

Responsibilities: A Treasury and Risk Analyst is wanted to establish and manage policy and financial functions related to treasury, foreign exchange, risk management, insider trading, and stock option program. Responsibilities include: Provide financial analysis and decision support to CFO. Be responsible for all treasury related functions including: management of all cash including both highly liquid cash and cash invested in longer term securities, development, execution, maintenance and periodic assessment of risk management policy (e.g. insurance). Be responsible for risk management function including property, general liability, workers compensation, directors & officer's liability insurance. Manage the claims administration function and provides assistance to legal counsel in liability and lawsuit claims. Oversee the administration of the stock option program in coordination with Human Resources. Ensure insider trading policy is in compliance with governmental agencies. File appropriate documents with SEC/Nasdaq. Assist CFO in communication process with investors and performs other investor relations related activities. Assist CFO in preparation for earnings conference calls. Be responsible for execution, maintenance and periodic assessment of the Fx-foreign currency hedging program and policy. Periodically review and maintain the company approval matrix including individual authority levels. Evaluate and document that pricing adjustments, contracts, capital expenditures and other financial commitments are appropriately administered in terms of the approval matrix.
