REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning or Business Management and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience; professional knowledge of financial services; and a minimum 3 of years training and development experience, preferably in a call center environment.
