Sr Programmer / Systems Analyst
Job Description
Under general direction of the Applications Manager, the Senior Programmer/Systems Analyst designs, specifies, implements and maintains automated and manual systems; designs, specifies, codes, tests, debugs, maintains and documents computer programs. Uses broad working knowledge of data processing to facilitate the definition of solutions to meet business requirements. Supports users working with assigned systems.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:.Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a related field. Four (4) years of business systems analysis..Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above..Khalix System Administration experience with an understanding of Khalix coding principles or experience with Hyperion Essbase. Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:.Knowledge of the principles and practices of systems analysis and design, including software development and documentation. Performs administration activities for core system functions including user maintenance, system structure changes, system roll-over processes and data interfaces..Knowledge of the principles and practices of business and public administration..Knowledge of current computer technology..Ability to plan and develop time and cost estimates for project activities..Ability to delegate work and to coordinate and supervise the work of professional and technical personnel and contractors in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale..Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships inside and outside the organization.DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
.Experience with relational data base management systems..Experience with ORACLE E-Business (GL, Projects)..SQL Plus or comparable data management tool..Special Requirements
