Sr Finacial Analyst

In this position, you will act as an internal consultant to both management and other departmental leaders in helping them understand the financial impact of business decisions and how the business can be run more efficiently. You will also provide financial & analytical support to senior management.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
" Prepare and present key financial performance indicators on a weekly and monthly basis
" Leverage system and reporting tools to provide meaningful analyses and automate reports
" Develop financial models to be used for evaluation of business cases & scenarios
" Prepare and manage the systems uploads of the annual operating plan & latest estimates, consolidating to overall department targets
" Prepare ad hoc reports, analyses and lead special projectsQualifications/Requirements:
" Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred
" 3-5 years previous finance / accounting experience required
" Prior experience in designing / maintaining a budget for multiple business units and ability to meet tight deadlines
" Prior experience in the preparation of senior management-level financial and metrics reports
" Detail-oriented with strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
" Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge in Excel & Access
