Title: Six Sigma MBB Transactional
Location: Phx AZ, Beaverton OR, or Des Moines IAPosition and Primary Functions:
Position would be responsible for coaching, facilitating, training LEAN Six Sigma principles across the organization to drive significant business impact and culture change.*Change catalyst to move the business -different way of thinking and making decisions*Experienced trainer to deliver training to green belts, champions and black belts via applied experiences, case studies, and LEAN principles.
*Experienced coach to motivate, guide, and move to closure LEAN six sigma projects - working with champions and belts to apply the methodology and tools*Assist in the identification of LEAN six sigma projects to build a strong pipeline*Provide proactive input into systems and structures that could benefit from LEAN six sigma thinking and tools*Develop process expertise in areas they support*Understand the big picture of the business and how LEAN six sigma can enable achievement of key strategies and goals - along with lead role for special cross functional projects*Participate in project reviews with leadership teams to offer technical expertise and guidance*Facilitate sharing of best practices across the organization*Provide Thought Leadership specialty in Design/Lean discipline*Partner to certify belts*Communicate with champions, belts, leadership to enable success*Provide thought leadership within identified areas of LEAN Six Sigma*Partner with other areas of company to create common tools/approaches, lessons learnedJob Id#: 01353303

Qualifications:
Certified Maste Black BeltDemonstrated results in applying LEAN tools, approaches, methodsBS in engineering or quantitative fieldExperience with process management and measurementProficient with minitabStrong project management skillsProficient with Design/DMAICStrong people management and influence management skillsPreferred Skills:
Experience with teaching and applying Design for Six Sigma & DMAIC
