As a Senior Credit and Collections Lead Representative, you are responsible for the collection and resolution of outstanding invoices from past due accounts.

Responsibilities include:
Utilizing established collection techniques, including telephone calls and letters
Interacting with sales support department leads in reconciling accounts
Taking appropriate actions on collection irregularities
Researching billing and cash application issues
Providing direction to collectors performing A/R analysis
Facilitating the resolution of issues escalated by collectors
Escalating concerns to department managers as appropriate
Preparing reports and maintain database of assigned accounting activity

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have:
Associates degree, or related work experience.
5 or more years’ credit and collections experience (office product industry is preferred, but not required).
2 or more years’ supervisory experience.
Computer savvy, with experience using client relationship databases; and Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
General knowledge of accounting, order processing, and tracking techniques.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written
The ability to work well in a team oriented, fast paced environment.
