Deloitte is currently looking to hire an Analyst for our Securitization Transaction team in Sacramento, CA. Transaction work involves the due diligence of similar assets (collateral) that's placed into a large pool (group) which can then be created as a bond (CMO) to investors through the capital markets. In addition, our team analyzes assets placed on the market via the issuers' site (i.e. mortgage companies). This is a fast paced market and the group spends about 85% to 90% of the time on the road. The ideal candidate will enjoy traveling domestically.
The ideal candidate will be able to tactfully take charge of a situation, interface with file clerks on up to CFOs and work well as a team player. Someone who is open to a
dynamic opportunity that will provide a great career path and long term promotion opportunities can thrive in this position. This is an excellent role for someone looking to work in the New York finance world and live in New York within the next 1-2 years.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Access, Excel,Word) are essential. Key components of the role will entail financial analysis, due diligence, creative thinking, and financial modeling. A positive, can-do attitude and the desire to learn are welcome!

- Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accountant or equivalent and 0 - 2 years of related experience.
- Candidates must be able to travel upto 90% of the time. Travel includes various domestic locations
