Sales Operations Analyst (Exciting New Role!)

For more information, please visit our website at www.loanperformance.com.We've developed a new exciting role and are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to be the primary administrator for the LoanPerformance CRM. You will assist the SVP of Sales, Marketing and Client Services, as well as the Director of Finance, with financial and administrative reporting required for First American to include:Monthly performance updates
Pipeline forecasting/administration
Monitoring sales performance by product and sales representative
Monitoring Client Service & Marketing performance metrics
Scorecard metrics
Market sizing
Ad hoc analysis
Assist in special projects as neededIn addition, you will also be responsible for Contract Administration as you act as the main LoanPerformance liaison with the corporate legal and accounting departments for contract verification, updating the contracts database, and sales order fulfillment/verification against contracts. Contract responsibilities include:Updating and maintaining the LoanPerformance contracts database for all new and appended contracts.
Verifying sales orders against existing and new contracts to ensure the validity and correctness of the sales order. Once verified, ensuring the sales orders are approved and forwarded to LoanPerformance's QC and Shipping functions for fulfillment of the sales order.Qualifications
To be considered for this great opportunity, you will need the following:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration (Finance, Economics, or related preferred)
Strong financial analysis skills gained from a minimum of 5 years related experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications with particular strength in Excel, Access and other database skills
Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial setting and display strong communication skills.Benefits
