1. Group Objective/Purpose

ISG Service processes segment operations (40 misc. items including
checks, journals, etc) and handles phone calls from our most valued
Investment Advisors. The Team manager in Denver will be responsible
for building an ISG team from the ground up, partnering with all ISG
teams in Phoenix and Orlando to help ISG meet operational service
levels in all segments, and prepare the team to handle Advisor phone
calls in the future.


2. Brief Description of Role Needed

The SIM IM Relationship Team Manager has responsibility for all
management, leadership and administrative activities for a team of
representatives who service our Investment Management clients. To do
so effectively, they must be able to analyze and prioritize workflow
and workload. They will anticipate potential risk issues pertaining
to all facets of the operation while presenting and implementing
proactive solutions. As an effective partner with all departments
within SIM they must be able to provide creative ideas and solutions
that will benefit the business and set the strategic direction of
team.


3. Technical/Functional Qualifications Needed.

Qualified candidates must have at least two to four years of
demonstrated management experience, preferably in the brokerage
industry. Current Series 7, 9/10 and 63 brokerage licenses are
required.


4. Three Critical Success Factors for the Role

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to
multitask, lead by example, and handle complex regulatory issues.
They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to
motivate and drive consensus. The manager will also need strong
experience in process design and demonstrated success in undefined
situations.


THIS POSITION MAY BE GRADED AS A GRADE 57 OR 58, DEPENDING UPON
EXPERIENCE. This position is available in Englewood, CO
