SENIOR SARBANES-OXLEY AUDITOR

Woodland Hills company seeks a SENIOR SOX AUDITOR.Senior Position (4-5 years of audit experience)Be responsible, within Risk Management, to perform detailed review, documentation, and testing of key controls within an area in scope for SOX 404 review.
Be responsible for compiling and analyzing process control activities for Operational processes, in many cases cross-functional processes.
Participate in process change planning and implementation of new processes or corrective actions. Evaluate whether corrective action plan is adequate in mitigating identified risk.
Where control failures occur, identify mitigating controls that would minimize the exposure of the risk.
Serve in leadership role on teams for small to midsize projects, including resource coordination and work completion.
Organize and facilitate review sessions with process owners and delegates.
Perform gap analysis / analyze process / project risks and vulnerabilities within specified business units that may have impact on the company’s compliance and accountability specific to litigation or regulatory requirements.
Stay informed of company strategic plans and long term objectives along while maintaining industry and functional knowledge.
Participate in the development and execution of quality assurance plans to ensure new processes and systems ability to meet business requirements.
Work with department manager; facilitate business policy and procedure changes for the organization.
Support business operations through development and implementation of training tools and materials for new process rollouts.QualificationsBA/BS in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
CIA/CSA a huge plus
Strong Project Management skills

Ability to work effectively within a team and actively promote team building.
Excellent oral, written and organizational skills.
Comfortable providing training and conducting presentations in large and small group settings.
Advanced MS Word and Excel skills. Intermediate PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio skills4-5 years of audit experienceMust have Sarbanes-Oxley experienceExcellent benefits.
