Our Property Claims Representatives: Will inspect damaged property and determine claims related damageEstimate the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged or stolen propertyIdentify subrogation rights, report on claim status and negotiate settlements
REQUIREMENTS
Four-year college degree and minimum 1 year work experience in a customer service and/or insurance positionSpanish Speaking skills preferredExcellent customer service, communication skills, sound judgment and decision making skillsConstruction knowledge/experience helpfulValid driver's license, bondable, computer proficiencyMust pass pre-employment assessments and be able to attend a 3 week off-site training course
