Snapfish is seeking the right individual to step in as a Project Manager within its Partner Solutions division. The main focus of this position is taking on the role of a Web producer to coordinate quick-turnaround content and functionality updates to partner sites and working with our implementation team to steer partner projects through our development and release process. Secondary responsibilities include working with the team to define internal processes and improve project management practices.



Primary Responsibilities include:



Manage implementation of partner site updates from requirements through release:



Manage individual change requests using Snapfish's bug tracking systemClarify requirements with clients, product managers, and internal stakeholders

Work with clients and internal implementation team to make sure necessary information and materials are produced and exchanged according to plan

Drive the project team to meet the project timelines and budgets

Manage project resources and update project schedules on a weekly basis and communicate changes to project team members.

Effectively manage issues that may arise through the project lifecycle to maintain the project integrity, schedule, and profitability

Assist with the QA of Snapfish partner products and features

Work with clients

Work with client relationship owner to meet and build relationships with key client contacts

Help coordinate day-to-day communications with client during project execution

Communicate project deliverables and schedules

Drive resource requirement revisions and approvals with clientsCoordinate projects with external and internal departments such as Marketing, Production/Design, and Finance

Compile and/or summarize reports and track product performance












REQUIREMENTS
2-5 years experience as a Web producer Project Management experience working with an Internet or Enterprise software company

Experience managing web software development projects through launch

Experience working with large corporate (or retail) clients

Experience with requirements definition a plus Experience with consumer-facing web services a plus Ability to work in a cross-functional environment (e.g. Product Management, Operations, Marketing, Production/Design, Finance, Engineering, QA)

Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a relevant field
