Project Controller

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $75000 to $90000 per year This Los Angeles Contruction/Developement company is looking for a Project Controller. This person will be in charge of preparation of all bank loan draws. Reconciliation of all loans draws. Preparation of all cost reports for Project Management. Ensure funds are available for payment of invoices. Review of all cash on hand. Preparation of all financial statements. Supervise Project Accountant.
