Duties:
Interfacing with customers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure contractual commitments and financial, technical and schedule requirements are complied withMaintain technical and commercial marketing objectives and assure program completion within established milestones

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
5+ years experience managing all aspects of complex technical engineering development programs from contract award through completionMust possess leadership qualities that are essential to lead matrix organization teamsExperience in MS Project and Risk ManagementBachelors degree required, preferably in Business or EngineeringExcellent organizational, analytical, negotiation and communication skillsTravel required

**One position requires experience managing an aircraft systems modification upgrade program for the C-130 aircraft**Must have in-depth knowledge of aircraft navigation and control systems and operations
