Job duties will include analyzing, negotiating, and communicating client investment guidelines, and will involve interacting with portfolio counselors, clients and other internal associates. Additional responsibilities include resolving guidelines violations, documenting guideline changes, and helping to interpret guidelines as they relate to specific securities being purchased. Other duties include translating guideline information into a database, and summarizing guidelines into a compliance system.Qualifications

Minimum of two years compliance/contract review experience required.

Must have a high level of detail orientation, initiative, excellent written/verbal communication, follow-through, interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Word processing and spreadsheet proficiency is required.

Industry experience and a significant exposure in previous position to client contact desired.
