Portfolio Analyst 1 - Starter Interrupt Device Program (143314-5

This team member will work under the direction of the Starter Interrupt Device (SID) & GPS Program Manager.

- Strategically reviews SID accounts to determine activity and proper course of action.
- Performs administrative duties in the SID vendors' systems of record.
- Provides support to CAR's sales and operations staff.
- Works in concert with CAR's Legal Department to assure that internal and external policies and procedures are followed.
- Interacts with customers, dealers and vendors to set up and maintain program relationships.
- Assists in the development of department procedures.
- Owns or assists in special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Collection laws and practices.
- Strong organizational skills and analytical ability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Moderate knowledge of computers including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls and e-mails.
