Classification: Full Time Compensation: $65,000 to $75,000 per year Local public accounting firm is looking to add a Director of Operations to their firm. It is an interesting concept as they do not want a Firm Administrator. The goal is to have their firm to have the ability to work efficiently as a real business or perhaps even a manufacturing firm. This position will be a management position and will truly be an integral position with the partners of the firm. So if you are looking to get our of public accounting and gain the experience as a controller, this position is for you. Or if you have previous experience as an Assistant Controller and want to move to the Controller level, it would be a great opportunity.
