Responsibilities:  The successful candidate will team with Operations, Marketing & Analysis, Operation Shared Services and IT partners to design ways to help Direct Loan Originations and COAF achieve their vision. Use analytical problem solving skills and process knowledge to identify and analyze operational initiatives that will drive positive financial results.  Key responsibilities will include:



Implementing a culture of test and control in Direct Loan Originations to support IBS.

Identifying, quantifying and implementing process improvements.

Developing business cases in support of operational Key Initiatives.

Leading cross-functional teams in the implementation of Key Initiatives.

Developing and presenting supporting information for Operations through data querying.

Communicating results verbally and in writing to various levels of management.

Highly motivated and self-directed; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative/analytical field.

High level of autonomy and bias for action.

Demonstrated ability to get the job done and drive towards results.

Strong conceptual problem solving, quantitative analytical aptitudes and communication skills.

Ability to influence and negotiate with others.

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.



Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to quickly learn how to use software applications.

Some graduate work preferred but not required (e.g., MBA).

Some experience with Project Management methodology, Process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma), or statistics preferred.

Minimum 2 Years work experience.
