Description:
1. Verifies information, as requested by Credit Analysts, on applications for Discover Card accounts.
2. Makes outgoing investigation telephone inquiries to verify application information.
3. Develops and completes applications by verifying missing information either with the applicant, Directory Assistance Operator or Fast Data.
4. Acquires a working knowledge of suspect concerns and procedures.
5. Makes outbound calls to solicit for non prime partners and increase debit activity.
6. Performs related duties as assigned by Manager
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Prior credit analyst experience preferred.
2. Must have excellent communication skills.
4. Good organizational skills and be detail oriented.
5. Excellent analytical skills.
6. Scheduling flexibility to meet business needs.
7. Must be high school graduate or GED equivalent
8. Previous customer service experience required.
