Loss Mitigation Manager 2

Manages the operations of a small market mortgage production/servicing center including loan processing, underwriting, assessment, pre-closing and closing tasks. Responsible for coaching, influencing, developing and managing staff several units or departments. Manages other supervisors/managers and/or majority of exempt level employees which involves making decisions relative to performance reviews, terminations, hires, discipline, salary actions, etc. Influences performance of a business unit or functional area by working as part of the decision making management team. Participates in strategic planning disucssions and provides recommendations regarding future direction. Formulates and oversees implementation of new and revised systems, policies and guidelines which have significant impact on the unit, department or functional area.
Minimum Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to perform multiple responsibilities
Strong problem solving abilities
Advanced knowledge and proficiency in database administration and reporting
Customer Contact Experience
Strong PC / information technology background
