Loan Officer Assistant – Learn while you earn!

Seal Home Loans & FLEX Realty are looking to hire someone with some experience in the mortgage industry and that can play a key role in our day to day operations. As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will be in an important position supporting our highest producing Loan Officers. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to learn more about the inner workings of loan origination.

REQUIREMENTS
This position carries important responsibilities and we do ask that you have previous loan processing experience, the ability and drive to work in a fast paced environment, be able to multi-task, above average organizational skills, experience with the Internet and a professional positive can-do attitude.

You will be responsible for supporting the Loan Officers with their duties which will include interfacing with borrowers to collect loan conditions, picking up closing documents, scheduling meetings with borrowers, mailing out thank you cards and newsletters, keeping track of the status of their loans and reminders and more.
