Job Summary:
Sales
Determine the needs of a potential resident, address those needs with the right apartment home, and close the sale. Confidence and a little creativity go a long way, both in attracting new residents and interacting with them once they are there. The ability to schedule appointments and follow-up on inquiries plays a vital role in the success of a Leasing Agent.
Customer Service
Address the concerns of current residents in a friendly and professional manner. Strong organizational abilities, follow-up skills, and an attention to the little details that often make all the difference with current and prospective residents.

REQUIREMENTS
Some previous apartment leasing experience required.
Must have a strong sales and customer service background.
A professional image and courteous attitude is essential. Must be poised for success.
Basic knowledge of Fair Housing and other laws pertaining to apartments is a plus
This position requires physical mobility. A Leasing Agent shows apartments around the apartment community.
Ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls from current and prospective residents.
