Lease Auditor

Our growing telecommunications leasing company in the Carmel Valley/Del Mar area of San Diego has an opening for a Lease Auditor.

The right person for this position will be a proactive “go-getter” with a lot of energy to step up and get things done. REQUIREMENTS
The Lease Auditor will be responsible for quality control of all documents prior to submission to client billing by reviewing all lease file documentation for accuracy and completeness; including business terms, legal terms and general formatting qualifications. Other responsibilities include the preparation and submission of invoice approvals to the client and internal reporting of quality control and invoicing approvals.

The Lease Auditor must be a team player in order to work with the Lease Consultants and Lease Processors to remedy and document package deficiencies. Additional duties include preparing and maintaining invoicing files, reviewing Lease Consultant and Lease Processor commissions via Liv Calc calculator for accuracy and preparing internal QA and regular invoicing reports for management review.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years recent experience reviewing and preparing legal documents and/or contracts. Experience with accounts receivable and other accounting functions would be helpful. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is expected.
