Fraud Prevent Rep

Position Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound/make outbound fraud prevention and fraud investigation calls. 2. Interview cardmembers and merchants regarding unauthorized account activity. 3. Speak with cardmembers to verify suspicious account activity. 4. Work on ORION FCMS and Falcon systems. 5. Keeps accurate records and files of the cases. 6. Refer to Fraud Investigations all accounts with detected fraud activity. 7. Other duties as assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Position Qualifications: 1. Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Availability: 11:30am-9:00pm With weekend availabilityDESIRED SKILLS:
Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) preferred.
