Finance Manager

Internationally Recognized Leader is seeking a Finance Manager who will be working in the Development department of this prestigious firm.

Will oversee the monthly accounting cycle, including month-end closings, financial statements, cash flow projections and variance analysis.

Provide finance, Tax, Treasury, Audit and other corporate department with information including project cost reports and cash flow projections.

Manage all capital project authorizations, annual budgets and development plans.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA is a plus.
3+ years experience in the construction accounting, real estate or related field.

Strong computer skills.

Multi-task oriented and a drive for success!
