Escrow Assistant

Immediate Opening!!
NW client seeking an Escrow Assistant to assist Escrow Officer in preparing files for closing. Must have high school diploma and 1 year in Title Industry and 1 year Escrow experience. Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm Pay: Depending on Experience (range $2,400-2,600 monthly)Essential Job Functions:
*Receipt contracts
*Enter new orders in Aim System
*Prepare files for closing
*Disburse files
*Assist Escrow Officer in curing title problems on title reports
*Assist Escrow Officer with communications with all parties to contract
*Effect funding from lenders on files
*Prepare file for policy issuance
*Complete file for policy issuance
*Handle overflow of Escrow Officer's telephone calls
*Receptionist relief duty
*Any and all other duties as may be assigned by managementTechnical Skills Needed:
*Excellent typing skills*Good Working knowledge of the title industry in general
*Ability to efficiently use Aim for Windows system for processing files
*Good working knowledge of p.c's, including Windows system and Outlook software
