Director Of Development

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT-NON PROFITUtilizing an extensive and comprehensive data base of prior individual donors, establish a relationship with specific individuals and educate them on the overall functions of the Religious not for profit organization.

The goal of the position is to increase the awareness and benefits of the organization and increase the amount of donations received from individuals.
Obtain a total understanding of the organization and its relationship within the Denver area. Develop a methodology to identify targeted donors from the existing data base and establish a contact plan to meet personally with major contributors. This position will be responsible for soliciting large pledges and major gifts including planned gifts to be made to the organization. The incumbent will develop a rapport and form a relationship based on trust with a multitude of individuals.
