My client is a stable and progressive company with an excellent working
environment.
The firm is looking for a talented individual for an Director
position. This person will manage, source, underwrite and close tax credit
investment properties - Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).
Duties of the position are
Supervise and manage professional acquisitions/analyst staff
Provide strategic insight into plans, goals and direction of affordable
housing investments
Source, structure and negotiate new real estate investments
Evaluate market data; perform site visits, analyze financing
Call on developers and collect project-specific documentation
Conduct investment analysis, underwriting and documentation of
acquisitions
Propose projects for investment to the Investment Committee
Outline the benefits and risks of proposed projects
Close on investments
